Jeremy Samuel Piven

Jeremy Piven Variety is an award-winning actor who has appeared in numerous films and television shows throughout his illustrious career. He is perhaps best known for his role as the fast-talking Hollywood agent Ari Gold in the HBO series Entourage, a role that earned him three Emmy awards. Other notable acting roles include the neurotic comedy writer Jerry on the short-lived sitcom Carol & Company and the quick-witted cousin Spence on Ellen DeGeneres’ show. He has also appeared in such films as Grosse Pointe Blank, Singles, The Kingdom, Heat, and Old School.

Piven grew up in an acting family and was trained at the Piven Theatre Workshop, founded by his parents. He attended Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa before transferring to New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts, where he studied under some of the industry’s top acting coaches.

Piven continues to expand his horizons and challenge himself with new projects. In the fall of 2017, he will be seen on screen in the drama series Wisdom of the Crowd, as Jeffrey Tanner, a tech innovator who utilizes a crowdsourcing platform to solve his daughter’s murder. He is also set to appear in the upcoming big-screen release Sweetwater, playing Joel Lapchick, who helped Nat “Sweetwater” Clifton break the color barrier in the NBA in 1950.
